An umbrella review of randomized control trials on the effects of physical exercise on cognition - Nature Human Behaviour
This umbrella review of meta-analytic evidence reveals that previously reported benefits of physical exercise on cognitive function may have been exaggerated. The authors emphasize the importance of obtaining stronger evidence to confirm the causal relationship between regular physical exercise and enhancements in cognitive functioning.

Una de las características de la ciencia es que se autocorrige, lo que permite avanzar. Llaman la atención los/las científicas que se empeñan en defender una idea acerca de un fenómeno a pesar de que les muestren evidencia de que igual las cosas no están tan claras como creen.

99% of the circulating cells, 84% of the cells in the body are RBCs. These 25 trillion cells shed 1 vesicle/h (more under stress). With >250 transporters and receptors, RBCs pick up/release metabolites, at times even against gradient, throughout the body. Yet, they are not part of 👇 conversation
