Did you know you can still take advantage of the August Rule even if you already take a home office deduction?
You just need to adjust your property’s market rate to exclude the deducted home office (most likely ~10%).
Is one better than the other? Nope. Why not both?

Started sharing with a small group of people (<10). Encouraging response, but no actual signups yet. So largely just marketing site/concept feedback to help improve it.
If I had to take a guess, biggest hurdle is trust. Trust in the concept (why should I do this?) and trust in us (why you?).
