I suspect Miller would actually be a bit less awful if he came under the power of the One Ring.
Sure, there’d still be a desire to dominate, aggression, paranoia… but he’s pretty much maxed those out already.
Maybe it’d tone down the racist shit though. Mordor was pretty cosmopolitan.
