Okay so I know this doesn't LOOK like a flex but Elio made gluten free "katsudon" with Chicken of the Woods i.e mushrooms. This is a fully vegan meal you're looking at and it was so good 😭

One month away from getting married 🥺

Some good news I've been keeping quiet on for a few months: I got promoted after three months 🫣 It's a bit unusual to have something like this happen in AAA, but my team vouched very hard for my contribution to be recognized. I'm so grateful!!
