I don’t know who needs to hear this but this whole renters don’t pay rates “at all” thing is just silly. We make this weekly payment called “rent” to our landlords, who then pay rates on the homes we live in. These people ⬇️ and about half the city.

Did a factory reset on my phone because every app was breaking and not loading, backing up data failed even though it was meant to be auto, now every app is still breaking and I have to turn off all the annoying invasive settings. Maybe my 10 month old $600 phone is out of date.
