Doing my annual screening of Planes, Trains and Automobiles. Not only one of the best holiday movies ever made, but one of the best comedies of all time. Incredible performances and Hughes writing and direction is perfect.

Mariners got closer to a World Series birth than ever in the history of their existence. What a great season for the M's. They went above and beyond what I expected. They won the AL West, finally taking down the Astros, which is almost as cool as making the ALCS
