As an ADHD person I don’t understand the appeal of going to an escape room. I already exist in a reality where every room I enter requires a specific series of tasks and puzzles in order to exit that room

Is anyone else absolutely exhausted by the time Halloween actually arrives? It’s a six week marathon event here in Atlanta… DragonCon, Atlanta Pride, L5P Halloween parade.. and then finally Halloween. JFC I’m so tired.

Python geeking intensifies.. refactoring parts of my controller app to make it a little faster for the Halloween party.. also moved it off the DMX controller and music laptop to a raspberry, and using MIDI/OSC over the network. Finally got Hue and Nanoleaf in sync. 🤓

My phone decided to remind me of when I used to throw huge Halloween parties around the annual Halloween parade and festival in my neighborhood. It also reminded me how skinny I was in 2012 and how I really should have take advantage of my looks back then. 😬
