Omg yes!! I call my kids’ doctor and IF I get through, the girls at the reception do the bare minimum if that. And they claim their doc is busy when she’s said she’s not. SHE doesn’t like it. So it sucks. It’s a whole damn process now to make appointments. And online doesn’t help. 😩
The pediatrician's office opens at 8:15. I call at 8:20 to make a sick visit appointment for my kid. I have been on hold for 13 minutes thus far.
