I prefer a denser spongy (rather than super bubbly) focaccia and today got my best height yet! I’ve made some pretty flat focaccia the past couple years.
Remains of two olive bottles were in the fridge, so it’s kalamata and manzanilla olives focaccia.

Happy #MutantMonday here are some fav reprint issues of Uncanny X-Men (#67 to #93). When the title was treading water, Marvel reprinted earlier stories instead of canceling it. And awaiting the magic of Giant Size X-Men #1 in 1975.
