First paper from CHEN lab!🩸->🧠Can we use p-tau217 value to estimate PET-like map of AD pathology?🤔 We say YES!💡In two datasets (A4, ADNI), p-tau217 level can predict concurrent Ab (but NOT Ab change) and future tau accumulation almost everywhere!
