I can attest it is a beauty! Can't wait to see everyone at the party! 🎉🎉
Yo!!!! @workingbikes.bsky.social is donating a vintage Schwinn to our silent auction on 9/25. These bikes go for about $300 - the Violet color is apparently pretty rare.

It’s being tuned up on Brandon’s bench as we speak! Get your tickets for the party: www.bikelaneuprising.com/events/bike-...

Come join us for our April ride on SUNDAY, April 6th. It’s been a LONG winter & we KNOW your bikes could use a scrub a dub dub 🧼🛁🫧 This month, we’re ending at The Recyclery where they’ll host a women, trans, non-binary open shop & provide materials to give our bikes the wash they desperately need 🙏🏻

🚲 BIKES HAVE MADE IT TO Foro Mundial de la Bicicleta 12 and Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional on their 31st anniversary in Chiapas! Big thanks to Samuel for all his hard work, we are so proud to support these efforts to redistribute bikes as tools for self-determination

Thank you! We love the Chicago bike community!
When I tell you it’s easier to haul 3 bikes via bike than with my SUV, this is what I mean. 3 bikes donated to the amazing humans at @workingbikes.bsky.social for @boxingoutnegativity #BikeChi @ternbicycles.com #CarryShitOlympics

🌍 OUR COMMUNITY REACHES FAR AND WIDE! Chris Covert-Bowlds volunteered at Working Bikes a couple days when he was in Chicago earlier this year. He stopped by to see Village Bicycle Project in Ghana helping their team give out bikes to rural Ghanaian students! Thank you for the pictures!
