Ok I KNOW Amazon sucks, but it was an easy place to set up a wishlist and it was how I organized all the jewelry things I like…. Except all external links are now redacted and I can’t recover them and I lost my entire list 😢

Christina and I were talking about the character in the book (we’re at an author reading that’s about to start) and I loudly said “[book thing] was so SHITTY!” And an old man in front of us turned and I was like sorry for my language!!! And he goes “no, I agree that was shitty!” Lol

Not to keep talking about quiche today but like that was the exact kind of cooking I can manage, less than ten minutes of prep (caramelizing onions is just wandering in and stirring occasionally) and pop it in the oven and have food soon after. I need more meal ideas like that please!

Quiche news: I placed an instacart order for various ingredients to come tomorrow, but somehow when I was changing payment stuff it switched it to IMMEDIATE DELIVERY so I guess I can make a quiche tonight!

I ate a slice of caramelized onion and goat cheese quiche yesterday that I am still thinking about, anyone have a basic quiche recipe they like that I can throw some stuff into and try and make my own?

I took a half day mainly bc I have a dr’s appt, it’s taking forever, I have to get blood work, and now I don’t have to stress about rushing back and can get a treat!
