Kicked my own butt to go to the gym early… not a good idea, the place is packed… tiltok girls, mirror flexers and people playing Sudoku puzzles on a treadmill with the speed you’d overtake them on foot without breaking a sweat.

If you want a high protein easy to make, healthy and filling dinner. (And you like soup) The following recipe got me through days where I had no idea what to eat. Tasty, filling and you can make it as unhealthy as you want! (I do like doritos/spring onion and grated cheese on top! 🤣)

Just reached 300 days in DuoLingo Japanese and with that milestone I also cancelled my subscription. 🤣 Numerous reasons: Renewal price, use of AI, continuous emails, lack of motivation on my end. I learned a lot though! ♥️

One of two colleagues called in sick… again… always with the most see-through ailments and excuses, stuff you can’t see, so can’t verify. 19th time in a year though and we have to pick up the slack. Third 12 hour shift today… at least tomorrow is only 10 hours. XD I hate that guy! 🖕
