I think my expectations for what I can demand from my body are pretty realistic at this point. Spinal injuries are a hard lesson in your body saying "Yeah well I don't really care what YOU want - or how bad you want it." - but it's nice to be able to do modest gym things again and make progress.

I dunno if the CNC will be able to carve the level of detail I want in this piece but I'm *hoping* that adding the "weathered woodgrain" detail as part of the carve is the right choice. I think it will be?
