But I'll start with a key problem with "school choice," which is that it will create competition between schools, leading to improvement in all schools. But business and education don't mix. Schools like this one focus on marketing their "innovations" rather than on applying tested pedagogy...

分割した部分を有意なものにするのに、formalizeしたりするのがspiritだと捉えることできるけど、recognitionゆえに、そのプロセスがただの物象化に陥る可能性があり、全体から遠ざかってしまう。

Wholeていうのよくわからないよね。方便のため、混ぜないようにしている習慣を、やはり外在化、institutionalizeの過程で統合したり、協調、協働というweb2.0以降のテーマで、融合していく部分が、👾モンスター(キメラ、ヒドラ)になる可能性を示唆されてることに留意しながらどうエコロジーで見ることと両立するのか。

It didn't turn out well for them. The Supreme Court ruled that copyright holders could not unilaterally dictate legal terms for reuse of works, and the 1909 Copyright Act codified this "right of first sale."

Thanks! SomaFM isn't in the book, but Free Radio Berkeley is. More about the politics of trying to DIY media than music, but a lot of very cool and eclectic and indie and regional kinds of music devotees are definitely a part of the trajectory. (Future of Music Coalition too)
