I think I'm in the minority where I'm glad they're at least going to let Sumino finish as a character and not expect Oto to fill her shoes with like 10 episodes left. Still wish they weren't doing it at all though!!! Still not going to keep watching!!!

The writer at least picks a valid target in specific, but in talking about "cozy" broadly this piece engages in the same thought-terminating clichés people love to use when they talk about this genre: a lot of over-intellectualization and citation to dress up an aesthetic preference for friction
