I mention that because Crash Course is funded by significantly fewer people than that. Thousands of people (not even tens of thousands) will come together this year to make it so that schools in the US have a free, no-pressure educational resource that can't be cancelled by rogue school boards.

Crash Course is a free educational video series that is used in over 90% of high schools in the US. Because it's free, teachers and students decide for themselves whether they want to use it...and they do.

There has been a local but no province wide emergency alert issued.
There are two Mi’kmaw children missing here in Nova Scotia and there’s been zero amber alerts issued.
If these were white children, the amber alert would’ve been issued immediately.
