it's just occurred to me that before photography was invented, there was no need for a concept of "in black and white" and like... did it just not exist? or did people paint in monochrome for fun or like. what happened

I've said it before, but it was a mistake to give everyone a personalised social media feed with a comment box under every single item. it has made everyone insane. not everything is for you and not everything needs your opinion and you need to learn to cope with that

I'm just saying but if you saw "it's my fault" as "that means I have the power to fix it" rather than "I'm a Bad Person" you'd be way harder to sell unnecessary items to. I wonder if that's on purpose.
