Consider, they would want to time it for the show, but strix is coming out in a month, and no one has been working on potter shit at wizards in the last few production cycles. More relevant, you haven't seen a mass exodus of all the Trans folks working on magic, of which there are a lot.

In 2020, we had a lot of conversations about harassment at SF/F conventions, and Isaac Asimov came up several times.
