Today's victory in our lawsuit against Milton is a BIG step forward in our work to address the unacceptably high cost of housing for Massachusetts residents.

🚨The MA Supreme Judicial Court has upheld the Attorney General's ability to enforce MBTA Communities.
The AG "has the power to bring suit for declaratory and injunctive relief to enforce § 3A and its corresponding guidelines."
Guidelines will need to be reissued clearing up a clerical error.
