Hi Phil
Reform Worcestershire Council Leader Jo Monk has taken to penning pseudo legal cease and desist letters to local councillors who have raised criticism of her increasingly chaotic regime. She is not a lawyer and it shows. See below

Now is the time for Andy Burnham to reenter parliament. It is clear Starmer and Reeves are not listening to their own voters. Burnham does do that. He also delivers for the people he represents. Burnham puts people before party. We need him back in Parliament.

I saw a job. Well paid, well within my skills set etc. Paying about 100K. It was for a workers rights NFP in Washington DC. I talked to my partner about it. She said "under any other president I would say yes. Under this one you would be rotting in an American prison inside 6 months". I didnt apply.

So, after all the outrage in the Telegraph, and across the right wing press (which then, as ever, bled into the rest of the UK news media), about Allison Pearson's non-crime hate incident, it turns out the police have proved that she was lying, and never accused of any such thing.

These fkn people.

Extraordinary experience. Disturb three people riffling through bags unlikely to be their own on the edge of a local park. They pedal away. We pack all the stuff we can see & carry the 4 bags to our magnificent local (Black Dog, Brentford). We all post about it. Victim arrives 40 minutes later.

Morning!

Can someone explain why anyone listens to Reform?

They lied about Brexit (spoiler: it’s a disaster).
Now they’re lying about climate change (apparently, it doesn’t exist).

And yet… millions still vote for them 🗳️.

In our latest episode, we focus on the two elections of November.

First is the Tory Leadership Contest, where we look at Kemi, her record, and ask how long she'll last.

But it is the US Election that draws our attention for most of the bumper episode. The title speaks for itself.
