When I tell you I am SO excited for the 2026 Wild Ramp zines.
I'm collaborating on a zine about the similarities between George Michael's and Jonghyun's music and legacy. I love zines.

- I published 2 full length zines and 5 mini zines
- I helped to organize @chicagozinefest.bsky.social
- I started a podcast with @caboosezine.bsky.social
- I read at least one book a month usually more than one.
- I went to a lot of concerts
Quote this with what you have accomplished in 2025, no matter how big or small
Reading & writing has kept me alive this year.

Somehow, it’s been my most productive year as an author.

Here’s a guide to what I’ve published in 2025, in case you’ve lost track.

Hello repro writers from the mid to late 20 teens - I just discovered Cosmopolitan at some point pulled almost every politics/repro story from the 5 years I wrote for them offline (except two, which they put under someone else's name and gave me "additional reporting" which it very much was not)

Times are tough, and some of my paid subscribers have had to cancel lately due to financial hardships. I get it, and I wish for better times for us all. Unfortunately, paid subscriptions are now dipping into unsustainable territory. I am hoping to get eight new paid subscribers before the new year.

I had a very generative day of working on my secret third thing
I am mostly finished with vol 3 of Act Your Age: Fandom at 35+ and Beyond. And I finished a mini zine about not making your hobby your hustle and working on a secret third thing.

My favorite episode we've done so far!
Time for Rough Draft with Keidra and Liz #7! At times it’s shocking that anything gets done, & perfectionism can make even the smallest project feel impossible. Me & @kdc.bsky.social talk about the imperfect, sustainable ways we push through it. roughdraftwithkeidraandliz.podbean.com/e/rough-draf...

I can’t be the only one who finds AI “art” so unsettling they block it on sight? There’s something viscerally unnerving about it that takes the source material and bleeds it dry like it’s been taxidermied.
