I don't get what the point of this is, other than to remind people that chocolate hummus is disgusting.

I still can't get over how many actors from Stranger Things are talented musicians.

I heard that Poland's new President is stopping the annual tradition of lighting the Menorah on Chanukah because "Christian nation".

Yikes?

Quotes have been disabled on it, but @pymundgenealogy.com's remark on Holocaust trauma being too deeply-entrenched in Jewish identity is, unfortunately, true. And I don't think there's any way around it, given that there are still living survivors.

If it's pee, ew.

If it's bacon fat, ew on multiple levels.

Either way, I foresee a battery charge.
looks like either pee or bacon fat.

To those who'd claim that this is lower-level stuff, that's usually how political change happens in The US. You start small, then work your way up.

I can think of a dozen alternatives to express your disgust with a politician than spraying them with a potentially dangerous substance.

Seeing the trailer for Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again has me intrigued.

I really wish that this week's drasha in services would be equally about Ran Gvili and what's happening in Minnesota. It probably won't be, but you can express concerns on multiple issues simultaneously.

Oh no...
Nothing says, "I care so much about protecting the sanctity of Holocaust memory" like bringing back widely-condemned offensive terms for disabled individuals.

I'm not sure what's worse: that Mondoweiss thinks it's a credible news source, or that Carlos Latuff thinks he's a credible political cartoonist.

In pleasant news, Ran Gvili, the last of Hamas's 251 hostages, was finally brought home for a proper funeral.

It sucks that Hamas thought they could get away with burying him in an unmarked grave in Gaza City, though.

In light of the revelation that Trump's planning additional tariffs on South Korea, I have to wonder if Trump thinks that a tariffs is like some sort of trophy that he awards to countries he has a personal beef with.
