ICE is going after Minneapolis’ Somalia, Chinese and Hmong communities. Don’t travel without any and all paperwork that identifies you and your family. I’d recommend get pepper spray to get away if possible. These people are seriously targeting people and are dangerous.

I genuinely did not have an understanding of being asian or asian american until I temporarily left los angeles, lmao
of course I had an understanding of being chinese but the concept of being racialized against whiteness only became apparent in north carolina and painfully obvious in ohio
