There needs to be a term for when an Irish person is eating out on holiday and orders far too much food because the prices are so much cheaper. Also another for when we're too embarrassed to leave any of it.

You'll have to convince me supporting an online petition is anything other than wish-activism. I see no obligation for action on a completed petition on eci.ec.europa.eu or history of action from past initiatives.
