My average blood sugar is down nearly 40 points already. From 180 to around 140.

I have trouble with my blood sugar. And this year, I’m working on fixing that.
I got myself a cheap continuous monitor, and it’s been so inspiring to see what’s doing what.
I’ve also come down about 50 points. Seeing what affects it has been super useful.

I really want to get some art, but I’ve been rejected a few times for having awful boring characters.
I can’t approach anyone anymore. My last time trying was months ago, and the thought of doing it gives me legit anxiety.

They’re doing so good! I do worry it’s a bit too cold in here for them. We do keep it pretty cool in the house.

Okay. So. Not that long I was wearing size 50 pants. My full stomach size was probably 55 or so inches around.
I just pulled up my size 44 pants around my waist. And I can put my hand into them sideways.
