Top tip: Don't trust google maps when it says a route is an extra 5 minutes with fewer hills. It omits the fact there is a mile long section through a very muddy field that causes you to carry your bike #bike #cycle #mountainbike #exercise #ride #commute #health #fitness #dad #dadbod
