In parts of Canada the short days of winter impact the availability of solar power and fluctuating winds affect wind turbines. Before going green there needs to be a strategy for keeping lights on and homes warm. How will individual families or small businesses afford cost of EVs.

Trump has a difficult time acknowledging that Russia started the war and Ukraine was a victim in this. Trump acts like Ukraine was the instigator.

And don't forget that under the terms of the 28 point plan, someone, presumably Ukraine, will be paying the US for this. It's a protection racket, which is how Trump understands all security relationships. And like all protection rackets, it's all racket and no protection.

I think that environmentalists did a good job of illustrating the issues. However the solutions are vague, aren't attached to practical time lines, don't look at sustained technology that will be needed, who pays for Canadians to adapt homes/vehicles. So many unanswered questions that lessen buy in
