I absolutely loved #BlackDoves. Keira and Ben are a phenomenal double act and Sarah Lancashire is chilling throughout. Think Slow Horses meets Giri/Haji, but wittier, more playful, and very, very queer. @joebarton.bsky.social never misses. Five stars from me.

I actually had a pretty good time with Wicked –– the camera's always moving, the songs are the songs, and Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande are extraordinary. it is really that ugly and the direction is often quite poor, but like many of the low-tier musical classics, sometimes that's enough.
