US fines for dirty money drop 61% as Trump retreats from enforcement.

Pay-off for political donations by corporations/rich. Convicted criminals pardoned, deregulation accelerated.

Is the UK different? Regulators required to promote growth, frauds buried.

‼️‼️SPECIAL APPEAL FOR BUDDY ❤️‼️‼️Buddy, a gorgeous saluki greyhound, has found himself in very sad circumstances, having just lost his whole world at nearly 10 years old. His owner has passed 💔Thankfully a member of the family has taken him in but is not in the position to keep him.We desperately need a loving foster family as soon as possible for this gentle soul.Buddy was diagnosed with Epilepsy some years ago and is very stable on a low dose of Epiphen twice daily. His recent review confirms stability along with all his medical history which will be fully shared. All medical costs are covered while our dogs are in foster. Buddy would like a reasonably quiet life. He enjoys the finer things in life, like chillaxing on the sofa, nutritious food in his belly and the odd game of footie! ⚽️ 🥅 Buddy could live with children above 7 years old. He is good with other dogs, but does not tolerate unneutered males. Blasted whippersnappers! He has been the only dog for all his life so we feel he may prefer to carry on that way. Please everyone give a big share for this darling boy. Wouldn't it be wonderful if he could be with his foster or forever family for the new year. www.projectgalgo.com

Regulation has failed.
This government imposed a Bonus Ban, but water bosses and shareholders will always find ways to reward themselves for their failures, with eye-watering payouts.

It's high time for the whole English water sector to come into public ownership.

A country in the top 10 of wealth has the highest pension age and the lowest pension in Europe. More foodbanks than McDonald’s and ignore corporate theft. We are being fucked over a barrel by the rich.

If you still need convincing this Act is hugely benefitical, then you can read more about it here, including a number of key measures it contains and (more) quotes from ministers.

The UK economy is the sixth largest in the world.

But this means nothing to most of us because the UK is also the ninth most unequal country (out of 38 OECD countries).
