I love how the millenial obsession with nostalgic pop culture and general awareness of recent history has led to this benchmark of "this thing you enjoyed as a kid is now as old/older than historical event at the time of the thing you enjoyed as a kid" as a metric for aging.

Every time my work RDC errors out, the first thought that crosses my mind is "Oh no, did they finally fire me? Did they kill my remote access privileges so I can't sabotage the company when they fire me?"

I keep missing important calls because the sheer volume of number-spoofed robocalls I receive daily has made it to where I no longer trust any non-contact numbers and ignore all voicemail until my mailbox fills up.

It's nice that every now and then I run across some Internet creative whose work has stuck with me for decades after I last kept track of them.
And then I find out they're trans/nb and I go "well of course."
It's honestly a surprise when they turn out to still be cis.

TMI time: 95% of the time I have no libido but once a month or so I get super horny for like a day and I'm left wondering if this is hormonal or a mood/depression thing or just a cruel trick the universe is playing on me.
The fact this time it happened during Ace Week leads me to the latter.
