Our students and school staff deserve safe transportation and safe campuses, especially as temperatures start to drop. Ongoing HVAC issues in many North Carolina schools make it even more critical to ensure warm, healthy learning environments for everyone.

At one school in east Charlotte, parents started a rotation for people to watch for immigration enforcement and Border Patrol activity.
