Ugh, when the medication patch I'm prescribed/on, which is supposedly 25x more powerful than morphine (I get 5 micrograms per hour over a week), isn't even touching the pain all of a sudden, it's either applied incorrectly, or something else is wrong. I'm in super!pain and have a massive headache. 💀
