As expected, the 11th circuit has denied Nauta and DeOliveira's motion to block Jack Smith's report. Cannon ordered the report blocked until 3 days after the 11th circuit ruled on Nauta and DeOliveira's motion, so we could see the report in 3 days provided SCOTUS doesn't intervene. More below:
NEW: Eleventh Circuit court of appeals DENIES Nauta and De Oliveira's emergency motion to block special counsel report. The court leaves in place Judge Cannon's order enjoining release of the report, which would remain in effect for 3 more days.
