This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

All but confirms my theory. This was over drone ops training out of Bliss and someone at either DoD or FAA didn’t communicate effectively.

Completely speculation here based on the wording of the NOTAM: either someone is threatening to use SAMs (but that doesn’t explain why WE are threatening deadly force) or someone at FAA or DoD is a moron when it comes to drone ops training.

There are no words for just how bad and stupid this is. if you thought starlink satellites were bad for astronomy, they got nothing on these guys. To even make these even remotely usable, the size of the radiators required would make them much more visible than the smaller starlink satellites.
