Fingers crossed but actual snow coming here [WNC] Saturday. Last weekend it was an ice storm but no snow. Wind and ice caused a tree to fall on the house.
Looking forward to snow. My favorite weather! It’s been too long since these mountains have had any of the magical white stuff.

Get outside tonight and maybe see the lovely lights? Visiting northern Norway is still on my list as I’d love to see the Northern Lights properly.

I’ll eventually start posting here more often. Even as kind as this network is, I’m still feeling meh about the social part of social networks. Perhaps a goal for this year will be for me to post at least once a week, something meaningful.

Today was it. Enough is enough. Canceled my forever subscribed subscription to the Washington Post. Thankful to still be a NY Times subscriber. But Bezos has ruined the Post. Time to vote with my wallet.
