Dogs are our life companions, and sometimes accompany us when we visit these lands. But when visiting Bears Ears, please keep them on dog-approved trails and always pack out their waste.Make sure to carry plenty of doggy bags so you can pack it out, every time.

The San Juan River is cared for thanks to Indigenous Tribes, local guiding companies, non-profit organizations, & the Monticello BLM office. We encourage all visitors to pay their fees, as those funds help support amenities, maintenance, & ranger services across the monument, including the river. 🙌
