What was something a therapist or a practitioner did that made you stop seeing them?

We can experience pain in two ways. There’s the initial acute pain and the pain we feel each time we prod our wounds.

We can’t make it so our wounds never happened, but if we can stop reopening our wounds and just let them heal we’ll find that we can move on far more quickly.
