Healing is twofold: personal accountability and collective awareness. Victims of climate change, for example, need more than just good vibes - they need concrete actions and steps to help them 4/4

But shadow work isn’t just personal. It’s collective. We can’t ignore the systemic realities of generational poverty, oppression, or trauma. Mindset and positivity alone won’t solve those challenges. When we really reflect, relying solely on them can feel privileged and entitled.
