In other words - when terrible people do terrible things, they need to receive those terrible things back ten-fold.
When bad people do bad things, you need to actually figure out some kind of tangible consequence.
Otherwise they will laugh at every new scolding you give them and continue to do what they do.

I hate to be that guy but: Americans as well as the rest of the world already knows this and are complicit.
America will not stop doing what it does because of strongly worded statements.
America is being rotted from the inside out and many of the biggest offenders already have contingency plans.

Something americans need to understand is that your country has always been a colonial occupation war monster with an endless hunger for new resources and territories that not only has never shied away from mass death but in facts seems to seek it enthusiastically at every turn.
