As the sun sets it turns the sky cerulean blue and the clouds pink, purple, yellow and gold. The surface of the ocean is blue with highlights of purple and pink.

Vietnamese Mossy tree frogs are both aboreal and aquatic. They wade in moss-covered puddles as a means of camouflage.

I made this abstract in the blue hour on a bitterly cold January evening in Grand Teton National Park. Those white streaks are blowing snow, and the dark shadow at the bottom are the mountains. There’s a hint of orange left over from sunset. I really like how this turned out, and it’s always been a favorite image.
