I adore cooking, and I'm a minimalist, so when I look for kitchen gadgets I try to find things that have a multi-purpose. For example, I don't own any bowls, but I own glass tupperware. So I can use them as a bowl but also cook with it and store with it. Here's a gadget perfect for my 16oz Thermos.

Went from my regular Hike. And sometimes I go really close looking at things. So this is actually the bottom of tree roots, this tree had fallen over, it's about a story tall the root itself. And I like to look real close sometimes and see different angles. Reminds you there's lifescape everywhere.

I sat in a community garden to enjoy coffee and watch the canopy of grapes above me. With a cool breeze, the sound of birds, and laughter of childhood across the street at the park-it felt nostalgic in some way; something from MY childhood summers. Just plain peace and serenity and joy; plaine joy.

What I love about Vancouver is that we are so Central within nature. Vancouver in general is so Central to everything. Within an hour's reach you can go skiing, swimming in the ocean, go to the desert, the forest, there's everything.

Hiking in West Vancouver, BC.
A short drive from the downtown of Vancouver, but there's a lot of places you can go with transit, and lots of shuttle buses as well. If you can't get to the mountains in Vancouver, try UBC. Lots of safe trailer there.
