it is with deep sadness that we had to make the horrible decision to put Chonk down today. he had been struggling more & more with consistent heart failures... thankful we got to give him such a happy short life. it's not fair at all... I loved him more than I can say.

finally accomplished running a mile after all these years of building my body back up. Considering this a smack in the face to old fat alcohol me! It is only up from here and obviously I'll be working on speed going forward but for today this is huge!

my heart sunk out of my body when Amber Glenn missed the triple loop last night especially after she was nailing every other aspect of her short. years ago it would have been noteworthy enough that she just landed and a triple axel at the Olympics! sending all my positivity to her for the LP. 💞

if they really wanted people to be healthy in the US they would be giving us all free healthcare, healthy food would be affordable, and childcare and housing costs would be paid for so that parents could come home from work and cook for their kids instead of working 3 jobs to barely make ends meet.
