The #Canucks doing what they can to just survive with everyone were missing. It's not entertaining, and I didn't think it would work, but they managed to clog up the scoring areas and gutted out a point.
Well earned win by #LetsGoCanes. I hope all the injuries from this game turn out to be minor.

50 years and 1 day ago, the SS Edmund Fitzgerald and her crew went down in Lake Superior off the shores of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. 49 years and 11 months ago, Gordon Lightfoot recorded a song about it. Today seemed as good an occasion as any to play it on an organ at a hockey game.

Ok, so two years ago I was tired of losing so many hats to hat tricks at the Rog and picked up a couple of $20 #Canucks hats that showed up at Costco.
The team has had nothing but bad luck since.

On Remembrance Day I think of those who are sent to fight, and those who fought and died in hopes that we who follow them might not have to.
