I don't see an NHL rule about grabbing a player's visor. Rule 51.1 says removing the helmet is a roughing penalty.
Rule 9.6 also says player who intentionally removes an opponent’s helmet during
play shall be assessed a minor penalty for roughing.

NHL Rule 69.3 says that a goal will be waived off if an attacker contacts them in the crease, with an exception in rule 69.7.
69.7 says that if there is a loose puck in the crease that incidental contact will be allowed.
