I'd have $2, all from this game.

Oh man, the Canucks injury bug might be contagious.

That's good beer-glass-half-full thinking!

Lots of shots and shot attempts at least.

He's also holding off on his on-the-rush slapper. I've seen him wind up for it a few times over the last few games without letting it rip.

Yay! Did they say what was broken? I always try to fix things, but it's often the control board that dies which is either prohibitively expensive or no longer made when I need it.

In Toronto you can do that. In Vancouver it's hard to sell your tickets when the team is bad. In the Mike Keenan era I couldn't give away my tickets.

There has been enough hope, even if just false hope, over the last 10 years that I've been able sell a good number of games.

It was a blessing and a curse to have Bo, Petey, Demko, and Brock start out so well. I thought that core was solid enough to go with and not have to tear it all down. I still think it was, but mistakes were made with OEL and JT that cost us too much.

As someone who spends literally thousands of dollars on tickets every season I did not have the appetite for a full Oilers rebuild. In hindsight it wouldn't have been much worse and we'd probably be in a better place, but it's painful to hold seasons tickets when there isn't short term hope.

It certainly looks like there was one there, maybe taken down by the construction. If that's the case you'd think the flaggers would be set up well before the intersection. Maybe it just came down unexpectedly? Scary.

Equivocal disaster.

Even if he was offered a spot if healthy, I'd prefer that he decline.
