I looked at the Bluesky drafts. When you save a post as draft, then the draft gets stored in the network. Nice.
Any image or video attachments to the draft stay on the device. The draft contains an opaque reference to the attachment. Not so nice.

Begging advocates for maximal decentralization above all else to touch grass and go get a hobby that doesn't involve decentralization.
I think what a lot of the critics are ignoring is that community is inherently centralizing. Like, if you have a well-defined community with well-defined membership and defined leadership... that is a centralized organization.

i'm not interested in the discourse regarding "exposing people's alts" when the people on said alts were espousing deeply harmful rhetoric. it's clearly deflecting from the issue at hand about the people i mentioned being deeply weird and racist about black people
