We could honestly be sisters.

Are you turning into Jack Douglas? "Eh eh, gerrroffff!"

I have a friend in New York who writes songs, the chorus of one of them contains the line "I can never follow through".

It makes me laugh every time hear it...like, that's not something you strain for, bud.

Oh shit! Counter argument - it was the weight of stuff in your head that unbalanced you x

I like the idea the quote here is from a visiting Mr Blobby.

I only use the Only Posts feed, and it makes it such a nicer place.

I'm sorry to hear that, it's so bloody unfair.

Not at all weird!

I'm utterly amazed that I managed to get the boy out for a walk this morning, but he's had fun in the snow in his anorak!

“Fucking cracker crumbs in bed again, Sharon!”
Hand to You Know Whomst, this is someone’s FB profile photo, and it’s the funniest thing I’ve seen all day.

That was so bloody funny!

Two of my friends re-enacted Scott and Charlene's wedding for me in the playground, I'd missed half of it because it was on at teatime and my mum had switched the telly off.
Missing something on television and never ever being able to see it again. Often your only experience with a program was how one of your friends described it in the school playground

There's a tune in there somewhere, Tony. Keep looking. #TOTP

I'm about 2, being pushed in my red and white striped buggy to playgroup at Thornaby Pavilion. I was eating a sausage roll and drinking a bottle of tea. My mum told me I was nosey because I asked her what one of the neighbours was doing.
What is your earlier memory, and how old are you in it? I stole my sister's trike and mum came out and told me off. I was about 4. 1980. Like Keith Moon, I have no memories of the seventies.

Oh what a shame! At least there's an Arts Centre on the old cinema site in Stockton.

I had totally forgotten this show!

What was your #childhoodcinema

The Classic / Cannon, Dovecote Street, Stockton. Last Action Hero was the last film shown, I know because I was there. The staff were crying as they closed the doors.

I was talking about that just the other day! And walking across the gold course from Thornaby.

I thought this was a dead saytr, and was expecting to see horns and panpipes.

TV starring at lunchtime and closing down several times a day.
Without revealing your actual age, what's something you remember that if you told a younger person they wouldn't understand?

Never. Remember when Teesside Park opened and we thought we were in heaven? Open on a Wednesday??
