There's a restaurant near us but dear lord you'd swear it's a music festival or a nightclub with how loud their music is. My house is a block away and it's loud enough that it rattles the glass. And this is every weekend till the early hours of the morning. Plus, reporting to the cops does nothing.

What I meant to say is that I take breaks from politics often because it doesn't do well for my mental health but I'm still keeping track of it from time to time when I can. Can't avoid it.

Nvm. Phone fixed itself during the night. Speakers work again.
When you just got your new phone and then your second phone (an old one that doesn't take SIM cards) falls in the water of your bath and now the speakers don't work. 😭 Oh well, at least the new one is safe.

Fml. I had a minor infestation of bugs in my room (silverfish and clothes moths) and I thought I got rid of the bastards after a week of emptying out my room and spraying everything with a contact and stomach poison. But now I found one's again and they were alive. So I might have to spray again.

We're cat sitting this weekend for our friends and they have a new kitten. It's obviously common for black cats to have a white patch or a few stray hairs but she has them speckled evenly all throughout her coat! So pretty! Like a night sky. ✨
