AI and LLMs are potentially once again proving to be spreading harmful and dangerous misinformation. Either Google or Fandom’s known use of AI is causing the summaries on Google for actor Matthew Lillard to be falsely accusing him of being a convicted pedophile.

This is obviously not okay.

So the way domains often work is that once they expire, anybody can purchase them or bid for them at one of any number of rent-seeking domain registrars. Depending on what the domain was of their website, it could've just been a cheap looking domain that someone just bought.
