As of right now the last payments from my job letting me go still haven't come through. Thankfully it's still the beginning of the month but knowing corporate america this could turn into a wait. If people could boost this or even comm me I would be grateful.

Being happy, or feeling safe and secure, is not a “first world privilege.” Everyone everywhere is entitled to feel safe and content in their own way, so long as they are not harming others. Don’t feel guilty for wanting to avoid a conflict you have no part in.

Never kick yourself for not being able to solve the world’s problems. As one person, you can only do so much in a limited sphere of influence. But a good deed in one sphere can have far-reaching effects. Eventually, that little sphere on the other side of the world will feel that good deed.
